• Data Recovery Services

  We provide 3 tiers of data recovery services for devices that have information that a customer is unable to access.
  
  Tier 1 + Backup - Information and Data Transfer
  This recovery is a basic data transfer. We will transfer your information from the drive/device onto a destination device. We provide new USB flash drives and custom external 3.5" HDDs for you if you do not have a device to store the information on.
  We also provide this service as a generic backup for your data. If you do not wish to keep your backup data, we will keep your paid backup in our office for 1 year.
  
  Tier 2 - Corrupt Data Recovery
  This recovery is more difficult, and requires software to recover lost data from drive corruption. If the device was used a lot after the data was corrupted/deleted, there is a significant chance that the data is gone.
  
  Tier 3 - Problem Hardware Recovery
  This recovery service requires a more intricate approach. We cannot guarantee a full recovery for devices with problematic hardware. In the event that your information is critical, we will recommend to ship your device to DriveSavers.com for a quote on their special data recovery services.
  

• Virus Removal

  A computer that has been infected with any kind of malware and/or virus can be fixed. Don't get this confused with fake virus alerts! Some websites will pretend to "infect" your computer, when really it's just a scam. Never call the number shown on the screen!
  
  If you are uncertain whether your computer is infected or not please stop by our office, or give us a call.

• Computer Maintenance

  If your computer hasn't been cleaned up for a while, it's probably best for it to be checked by a computer technician. Here at Computer Smith, we always provide the best recommendations for your computer. If it's time you need a new PC/laptop, we'll let you know! If it's worth maintaining your computer, we'll let you know!

• System Repairs & Upgrades

  PC and laptop upgrades are almost always available. If your computer is running slow, it's most likely because the hard drive is in need of replacing! We recommend getting a solid state drive (SSD) replacement for your internal hard drive. In most cases, this will speed up your computer's performance, and it will run like a new computer.
